CentralNic named UK’s Best Performing Listed Company in Infrastructure Services
London, 3rd July 2017: CentralNic (LSE: CNIC) has been named as the best performing company in the Infrastructure Services category of the Quoted25 awards, which recognises the best performing technology companies in the mid-market of the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market.
CentralNic’s Megabuyte scorecard ranking of 85 puts it third overall and makes it the best-performing company in the ICT services sector on the AIM market.

Internet infrastructure services companies providing domain names, hosting and related services are subscription-base businesses generating excellent quality earnings. CentralNic’s strategy of growth through acquiring these quality businesses in emerging markets forms the basis for a highly cash-generative strategy, with revenue growth of over 100% during 2016.
Megabuyte View: CentralNic’s strong Scorecard rating reflects the strong growth, margin and cash flow characteristics of the internet domain name market, which has been boosted in recent years by new Top Level Domains (TLDs) and demand from China, whilst CentralNic, in particular, benefited from its .xyz URL, which is used by Alphabet/Google. Growth has also been boosted by the early 2016 acquisition of Instra.
