NEW BOARD MEMBER IN STOREBRAND ASA

In a meeting held on 24 May 2011, Storebrand ASA's Board of Representatives
elected Monica Caneman as a new member of the board.

The sitting board members, Birger Magnus, Halvor Stenstadvold, Jon Arnt
Jacobsen, Birgitte Nielsen, John Staunsbjerg Dueholm and Heidi Skaaret, were all
re-elected.

Following this the Board of Storebrand ASA consists of the following members:
Birger Magnus (Chairman of the Board), John Staunsbjerg Dueholm, Jon Arnt
Jacobsen, Halvor Stenstadvold, Birgitte Nielsen, Heidi Skaaret, Monica Caneman,
Ann-Mari Gjøstein, Knut Dyre Haug and Kirsti Valborgland.
