Per Nilsson appointed new CFO of the Lindab Group

Per Nilsson, currently acting CFO of the Lindab Group, has been appointed new
CFO of the Lindab Group.
"I am very pleased to name Per Nilsson as CFO of the Lindab Group", says
President and CEO, David Brodetsky. "He already has an extensive knowledge of
Lindab and his strong analytical ability and management skills will ensure an
immediate contribution. For such an important position it is also satisfying
that we have been able to make an internal promotion which is important from a
company culture standpoint. I am looking forward to working closely with Per in
his new position".
Per Nilsson has been with Lindab since 1999 in several financial positions. For
the last seven years he has been Group Controller.
This appointment is effective from today, May 30, 2011.
