Retail Asia Expo - influential retailers and buyers under one roof
(PresseBox) - Successful first joint appearance of Futura Retail Solutions and Function One in Hong Kong: The new sales partner of the Hamburg-based system provider is headquartered in the metropolitan city on the south coast of the People's Republic of China. The partners joined forces to prepare their appearance at the international trade show ?Retail Asia Expo 2017? in Hong Kong, which meant three days of working full speed on promoting retail technology. Futura's CEO Vanjo Wandscher: ?The exhibition visitors knew exactly where they were headed and we had a constant stream of retailers who wanted to talk to us. Many visitors were particularly interested in our digital POS with omnichannel capability.?
The event, which apart from retail technology, was also about in-store marketing and e-commerce, had attracted representatives from key retail enterprises in more than 50 countries. The trade show is regarded as the most important retail event for the entire Asia-Pacific region. Visitors were welcomed in English as well as in Mandarin and Cantonese. Wandscher: ?I was impressed by our local partner's commitment and enthusiasm and I?m expecting to see some tangible results very soon?. The planning for next year?s ?Retail Asia Expo 2018? is already underway.
