Richard Homburg notes that dispute is a private matter

Halifax, Nova Scotia. May 30, 2011 - Taking note of the news release issued by
Homburg Invest ("HII") on May 26, 2011, Richard Homburg said today that the
issues between he and the Dutch Government are of a private and personal nature,
and are unresolved and under discussion.
Consequently, Mr. Homburg said he feels strongly that it is inappropriate for
him to react to the HII news release or speak to media or HII shareholders while
these matters remain outstanding. None of the issues under discussion between
Mr. Homburg and the Dutch Government are directly related to the operations or
finances of HII.
