New major shareholder in Cryptzone Group AB (publ)

Cryptzone AB is pleased to announce that Knutsson Holdings AB has purchased 200
million shares in a private placement at a price of 8.5 Swedish öre per share,
strengthening Cryptzone's working capital to 17 million SEK.
Cryptzone Group, which has acquired four companies in the last 16 months,
creating a truly global Swedish IT security company, is strengthening its
financial ability in preparation for further expansion. The company now has a
strong long-term investor who believes in the company and its future. Knutsson
Holdings will take an active role in developing the company by taking a position
on the Board.

In total, Cryptzone receives 17 million SEK, generated by the creation of 200
million new B shares. The total number of shares after issue is 1,062,575,916,
of which 17,667,676 are Class A shares. Knutsson Holdings AB will hold 18.82% of
the capital and 16.37% of the votes.
