("FMI") as financial advisor to assist in its efforts to grow, finance, secure projects, and in connection with a transaction or a series of transactions. To this end, Platinex and FMI have begun the strategic review process to identify, examine and consider a range of strategic alternatives available to the Company with a view to enhance shareholder value.
