Onex Credit Partners Amends U.S. CLO-11

Onex Corporation (TSX: ONEX) announced today that Onex Credit Partners priced a transaction which extends the reinvestment period of its eleventh U.S. collateralized loan obligation by approximately five years from closing.
The securities offered in this collateralized loan obligation have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an exemption from registration under that Act.
