Former LinkedIn learning technologist Robert Todd, prominent California regulator Patti Perez join Emtrain

Robert Todd joins as Emtrain's Chief Product Officer. Todd brings expertise in technology-based learning and development from his most recent role as Head of Learning Technology at LinkedIn and prior learning technology leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, and Digital Think, a pioneering eLearning platform. Todd will focus on creating a new generation of products that use technology to re-invent how people get informed about their workplace rights and responsibilities and produce data analytics that can transform workplace culture.
Patti Perez joins as Emtrain's Vice President of Workplace Strategy. Perez has extensive background in labor and employment law, and served on California's Department Fair Employment & Housing Council (the Council), the body tasked with creating regulations that interpret California's civil rights laws. While a member of the DFEH, Perez authored revisions to AB 1825, the state law that governs supervisor sexual harassment training requirements, clarifying the obligation to report and take appropriate remedial measures to correct harassing behavior. As a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, Perez has conducted over 1,200 workplace investigations and trained thousands of human resource professionals, managers and employees on workplace topics.
Emtrain serves two audiences: employers who use Emtrain's on-line compliance training services and data analytics to improve the health of their workplace and employees who use Emtrain education to grow their awareness of and compliance with laws and workplace policies.
