NOTIFICATION REGARDING A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP
Aldata Solution Oyj has today been notified that Ilmarinen Mutual Pension
Insurance Company now own and control a total of 6,945,608 shares, representing
10,1 % of the voting rights and number of shares in Aldata Solution Oyj. The
holding of Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company of the shares and voting
rights in Aldata Solution Oyj has therefore exceeded 10 %.
Aldata Solution Oyj has a single share series. The company has a share capital
of EUR 687,333.95 and a total of 68,768,395 shares.
