Amsterdam - 19 September 2017 - Intertrust N.V. ("Intertrust" or the "Company")
[ticker symbol INTER], a leading global provider of high-value trust, corporate
and fund services, today announces that Maarten de Vries, Chief Financial
Officer and member of the Management Board, has informed the Company of his
decision to step down from his position before the end of the year to pursue a
new opportunity outside of Intertrust.
As a result, the Supervisory Board has initiated the search for his (interim)
successor who will be announced in due course. In the meantime, Maarten will
continue in his role to ensure a smooth transition.
