GUSTAVO GUERRERO RESIGNS FROM CAMPOSOL HOLDING PLC

Mr. Gustavo Guerrero, Operations Manager of Camposol Holding Plc, has resigned
from his position and communicated he will pursue personal projects.
Mr. Guerrero expresses gratitude to his colleagues and to the shareholders for
the trust deposited in him during the last 14 years.
"Camposol thanks Mr. Guerrero for his contribution to the company during his
tenure as Operations Manager, and wishes him success in his future endeavours,"
says Fabio Matarazzo di Licosa, CEO of Camposol Holding Plc.
His resignation is effective 30 June 2011.
Piero Dyer Coriat, Deputy CEO of Camposol Holding Plc will oversee operations
and shortly a new operations structure will be set.
