platform for the home furnishing industry, recently announced the completion of
a $5 million Series A+ round of financing led by Sky9 Capital with participation
from existing investor Capital Today.
Home Inc. is a leading social e-commerce platform for furniture and home
furnishings in China. The Hangzhou-based company provides an online platform
that utilizes an innovative, sharing-economy approach to sales and marketing,
connecting prospective customers with prior customers both online and offline.
The company is different from other furniture e-commerce companies because it
provides a network of virtual showrooms, called "Lifestyle Homes", for
prospective customers to personally experience the products in a real offline
home environment. The prospective customer can also interact with existing
furniture owners either online or offline at these Lifestyle Homes for detailed
