Conversion of Class A shares
During the month of September, at the request of shareholders, Bergman & Beving
AB converted 1,344 Class A shares to the corresponding number of Class B shares
in the Company.
Following conversion, the number of Class A shares is 1,062,436 and the number
of Class B shares is 27,373,980. The number of shares and votes in Bergman &
Beving AB is shown in the following table:
