In today's press release, the date of the subscription period for the new shares
concerning the forthcoming capital increase was published incorrectly:
The subscription period for the new shares will commence 8 July 2011 to 22 July
2011 and not as reported as 7 July 2011 to 20 July 2011. The rights offer will
be released this afternoon in the "Bundesanzeiger".
