Notification of a change in shareholding according to Securities Markets Act 2:9
Tekla has received the following notification:
Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company's holdings in Tekla Corporation have
decreased below 1/20 with the completion of the tender offer by Trimble Finland
Oy. According to the tender offer Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company has
sold all its Tekla shares on July 5, 2011.
On May 9, 2011 Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company issued a notification
where it confirmed its support for the offer by Trimble Finland Oy and
undertaken to tender its shares in the offer.
The stock of Tekla Corporation comprises a total of 22,586,200 shares.
