The holding of investment funds managed by OP Fund Management Company Ltd in
Asiakastieto Group has exceeded 5 per cent
Asiakastieto Group Plc has on 13 October 2017 received an announcement referred
to in Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the
share of ownership of investment funds managed by OP Fund Management Company Ltd
in Asiakastieto Group has exceeded the threshold of 5 per cent on 21 September
2017.
The notification of major shareholding concerns the investment fund OP-Suomi
(former OP-Suomi Arvo), with which the investment fund OP-Delta and the special
investment fund OP-Focus were merged on 21 September 2017. As a consequence of
the merger, the share of ownership of the investment fund OP-Suomi exceeded the
notification limit of 5 per cent. No changes causing a notification of major
shareholding have occurred in the combined total share of ownership held by the
investment funds managed by OP Fund Management Company Ltd.
According to the announcement, the holding of investment funds managed by OP
Fund Management Company Ltd has increased to 1 084 949 shares, corresponding to
7,18 per cent of the company's shares and voting rights:
- OP Fund Management Company Ltd: 0 shares and voting rights (0%)
- OP-Suomi investment fund: 918 464 shares and voting rights (6,08 %)
- OP-Suomi Pienyhtiöt investment fund: 166 485 shares and voting rights (1,10 %)
Asiakastieto Group has in total 15 102 178 shares. All shares carry equal voting
rights.
