Allocation of share options

Lysaker, Norway, 15 July, 2011. In accordance with the Power of Attorney given
at the general meeting on 14 April 2011, the Board of Navamedic ASA has
allocated 30,000 share options to key personnel in the company. The share
options have a term of 2.5 years. Strike price for the share options is NOK
9.50. The share options were allocated to the company's Head of Regulatory
Affairs Mr. Per-Anders Elvertrø.
