Enfo: Seppo Kuula new CEO of Enfo

The Board of Enfo Oyj has appointed Seppo Kuula new CEO of Enfo. Kuula will take
up his position in the beginning of 2018. Kuula has been the CEO of the Finnish
software integrator Siili Solutions Oyj since 2010, and before that, he has led
business operations and sales both in publicly listed and private companies in
Europe and the US. Seppo Kuula is M.Sc. (Tech, industrial engineering), eMBA
(marketing) and Engineer (machine automation).

Enfo's current CEO Arto Herranen informed the Board in May 2017 that he will
resign from the position as CEO in spring 2018 at the latest. At that point, the
Board and Herranen agreed, that he would continue in the position until the
Board had appointed a new CEO, after which he would become a member of the
Board.
"I have been the CEO of Enfo for thirteen years. During this period, the company
has changed completely from a regional tele company to a Nordic IT group. I feel
that for my part this change journey is completed. For the future, Enfo needs
new leadership and I wish Seppo Kuula success," says Arto Herranen. Herranen
will support Kuula in the management transition during the first quarter of
2018.
KPY Cooperative, owning 85% of Enfo's shares, proposes that the Board convenes
an Extraordinary General Meeting to appoint Arto Herranen member of the Board.
