NATURAL SODA LAUNCHES COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM IN COLORADO

RIFLE, Colo., July 19, 2011 - Natural Soda, Inc., North America's second largest
producer of Sodium Bicarbonate and wholly owned subsidiary of Natural Resources
USA (Symbol: NTRC), has launched a 'Community Support Program' in north-west
Colorado.

The Community Support Program is a program where Natural Soda will make small
financial contributions to local community, charity, sporting and not-for profit
organizations to support a particular cause or event.

Natural Soda invites such organizations to express their interest in
participating in the first round of contributions.

CEO & Chairman of Natural Resources USA, Mr. Bill Gunn said the company is
searching for new ways to improve community relationships through the ideas and
insights of local people and organizations.

"Natural Soda has been a strong job provider in the local community for nearly
three decades, but we are now in a position where we are looking to extend our
commitment to the community," said Mr. Gunn

"The program is in its first year this year and the aim is to build momentum and
grow the program each year," he said.

The 'Expression of Interest' Documents required to apply, is available for
download via the website http://www.naturalresourcescorp.com/community

"We look forward to the opportunity of working with various groups to enhance
the health, environmental, social and cultural vibrancy of our communities,"
said Mr. Gunn.

Proposals received past Friday 12th August, 2011 will not be considered for the
first round of contributions.
