directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the third
quarter ended September 30, 2017 of $0.10 per unit, in line with the second
quarter distribution.
This cash distribution will be paid on or about November 14, 2017 to all
unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 7, 2017.
