(Thomson Reuters ONE) - For immediate release on 10 September 2009INDOCHINA CAPITAL VIETNAM HOLDINGS LIMITED(the "Company")Update re portfolio realisationFurther to the announcement by the Company on 3 September 2009 thatit has now begun an orderly realisation of its entire portfolio, theBoard confirms that it is actively reviewing ways of distributing thenet proceeds of the realisation in a timely manner which is fair toall shareholders.The Board currently expects that it will convene an ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting at which it will be proposed that the Articles beamended to permit the Board to return the net proceeds of therealisation by way of compulsory repurchases on a pro rata basis.
