Stolt-Nielsen Limited Declares Interim Dividend of $0.25 per Common Share

LONDON, November 15, 2017 - Stolt-Nielsen Limited (Oslo Børs: SNI) announced
today that the Company's Board of Directors approved the payment of an interim
dividend of $0.25 per Common Share, down from $0.50 per Common Share in the
prior year. The dividend is payable on December 12, 2017 to shareholders of
record as of November 29, 2017. The shares will trade ex-dividend on and after
November 28, 2017.
Mr. Niels G. Stolt-Nielsen, Chief Executive Officer of Stolt-Nielsen Limited,
said, "The Board's decision to reduce the dividend was driven by the
deteriorating chemical tanker market and the uncertainty related to the timing
of its recovery."
