Interoute wins big at the World Communication Awards for second year running

London, 07 December, 2017 - Interoute, the global cloud and network provider, has won the Cloud Infrastructure Award for the second year in a row at the annual World Communication Awards.
Interoute accepted the award at the Embankment Gardens in London on November 28th. The World Communication Awards are renowned in the telecoms industry and judged by a panel of industry experts and academics.
Interoute’s Enterprise Digital Platform was recognised by the judges as the stand out winner on the merit of its Software Defined Network, which optimises access to all applications in the data centre and the cloud.
A spokesperson from the World Communication Awards revealed that, “Many of the WCA Judges awarded Interoute maximum points for this category. The Judges went on to say that the Interoute Enterprise Digital Platform showed true Software Defined Networking in action and was a great use of technology, delivering high performance and flexible response at scale."
