Allocation of share options

(Lysaker, 4 August, 2011) In accordance with the Power of Attorney given at the
general meeting on 14 April 2011, the Board of Navamedic ASA has allocated
20,000 share options to key personnel in the company. The share options have a
term of 2.5 years. Strike price for the options is set to be equal to closing
price of August 4 2011, NOK 11.00. The options were allocated to the company's
CFO Bjørn Lindholt. Following this transaction Lindholt and close associates
holds a total of 34,000 shares and 50,000 options in Navamedic ASA.
