Hampleton Partners advises connected car company Bright Box in sale to Zurich Insurance Group
Bright Box’s AI-First Connected Car Technology Platform will contribute to Zurich’s leadership in the ‘smart car’ sector
(firmenpresse) - London, Frankfurt and Geneva, 22 December 2017 – Hampleton Partners, the international mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance advisory firm for technology companies, has advised Bright Box HK Limited, the vendor of turn-key connected car platform Remoto, on its acquisition by the leading multi-line insurer, Zurich Insurance Group.
