The Acta Group will announce its 2nd quarter and 1st half 2011 interim results
on Wednesday 17th of August 2011 at 08:30 (Oslo time). Acta`s management would
like to invite shareholders, analysts, brokers and financial press to the
presentation, which will be hosted by CEO Geir Inge Solberg and CFO Christian
Tunge. It takes place at Felix Konferansesenter, Bryggetorget 3, Vika, Oslo,
Norway. The presentation is open to everyone.
The presentation will be held in Norwegian and can also be seen live or on
demand via internet. Please use the link provided on Acta`s Investor Relations
internet pages www.acta.no/ir-en. The link will be available shortly before the
presentation.
Starting 14:00 (Oslo time), a conference call will be held in English by CEO
Geir Inge Solberg and CFO Christian Tunge. The conference call will consist of a
summary of the 2nd quarter and 1st half presentation followed by a Q&A session.
