ERRATUM: Homburg Invest settles disclosure issue with Nova Scotia Securities Commission

HALIFAX, Nova Scotia. August 12, 2011 - This correction is in response to a
press release issued by CNW/Halifax on August 11, 2011, entitled "Homburg Invest
settles disclosure issue with Nova Scotia Securities Commission". This release
has stated that the section of the Act violated was section 18 rather than
81(1)(b) and did not include a reference to Part 7.1 of National Instrument
51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
It should have read "(...) that it acknowledges that it violated Section
81(1)(b) of the Nova Scotia Securities Act and Part 7.1 of National Instrument
51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations (...)".
