Schibsted ASA has on 18 August 2011 through a trader bought 136,491 shares in
its own company at a price of NOK 139.1224 per share.
The shares are bought in accordance with a decision at the company's Annual
General Meeting on 13 May 2011 that provided the company with the authority to
increase number of own shares to 10,800,361 within a period of 12 months.
An adjustment of allotment of shares in connection with the Group's performance
based share acquisition programme is made. Number of own shares is increased by
270 due to this.
Schibsted ASA now holds 663,816 treasury shares.
