SWF Krantechnik Launches ProfileMaster PLUS
SWF Krantechnik GmbH, a leading global player in components for crane and hoisting equipment, has launched ProfileMaster PLUS, the latest addition to its product portfolio of light crane systems for loads up to two tons.

Mannheim, Germany – SWF Krantechnik GmbH, a leading global player in components for crane and hoisting equipment, has launched ProfileMaster PLUS, the latest addition to its product portfolio of light crane systems for loads up to two tons. ProfileMaster PLUS offers a smart set of highly compatible components with aluminum and steel profiles that can be instantly combined with ease. The product is now available for general sale across Europe. In addition to ProfileMaster PLUS, SWF also offers LIGHTster and ProfileMaster in its portfolio for light crane systems. The new system can also be equipped with the electric chain hoists from SWF Krantechnik.

The SWF light crane system made of aluminum – ProfileMaster PLUS AL
ProfileMaster PLUS AL offers six aluminum profiles in four sizes. Two of these profiles are additionally equipped with an internal conductor line. Bolted connection plates ensure a fast, easy assembly. Since its own weight is extremely low, the system is ideal for building structures that can only handle low static loads. It features an optimized number of suspension while the innovative connection system ensures ideal suspension distances and spans.
Companies can use ProfileMaster PLUS AL to create single and double girder solutions with either a joint or static design. The systems can be operated either manually or with an electric motor. The trolleys ensure smooth, low-noise operation. Loads can be moved with precision.
The SWF light crane system made of steel – ProfileMaster PLUS ST
ProfileMaster PLUS ST offers seven steel profiles in five sizes. Two of these profiles are additionally equipped with an internal conductor line. All profiles are cold-formed and powder-coated, which makes them very rigid. Upon leaving the production line, all profiles are checked for a flawless form using modern laser technology. This guarantees consistent, high quality profiles so the connections fit perfectly during assembly. A separate tool is also available to further simplify the installation on site.
Companies can use ProfileMaster PLUS ST to create single and double girder solutions with standard and low headroom. The first-time assembly, as well as later extensions or modifications to the crane system, can all be completed quickly.
