Aditro announces Pelle Bourn as a new CFO

Pelle Bourn, 47, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Aditro
starting in September, 2011. In this position he will be responsible for Aditros
financial department reporting to CEO of Aditro, Mats Winkler. Pelle Bourn will
also be a member of the group management team.

"After evaluation of candidates we were impressed by Mr Bourn's extensive
background within IT & High technology industry, both from private and publicly
listed companies", says Mats Winkler. "As a Nordic market leader within HR,
payroll and financial management area, Aditro was seeking a highly experienced
CFO with an international background - I am pleased to announce Mr. Bourn to
this position", Winkler continues.

Before joining Aditro, Mr. Bourn has held CFO positions in companies such as
Enea, Ortivus and Kemetyl. Prior to these, he has held various positions in
Ericsson concentrating on financial and business control.
