A New Educational Speaker Has Joined the Keynote Speakers of Fun Enterprises to Implement Diversity, Leadership, and Team Building Workshops to Corporate Clients and On College Campuses.
SPEAK a division of Fun Enterprises was created at the beginning of 2018. While still rooted in fun, speakers booked through SPEAK are highly trained to assist organizations with serious and timely topics such as diversity and inclusion, conflict management, and empower student activists.
(firmenpresse) - TACOMA, WA - June 7, 2018 SPEAK, the speaker division of FUN Enterprises that focuses on providing educational and motivational speakers at both the corporate and college level, recently acquired a new speaker specializing in building leaders and stronger communities, Dave Zamansky.
With over two decades of experience, Zamansky works with groups of all sizes to approach leadership opportunities from a different perspective. He primarily works with students and professionals within higher education, but also has inspired audiences at the corporate level.
With hundreds of activities in his portfolio, Zamanskys workshops primarily focus on two core topics: leadership and community. The realization of what is a positive community and the extraordinary things that can be accomplished once one is created can be eye opening, says Zamansky. There are some characteristics such as vulnerability, conflict, and solo work that are essential but often overlooked. The activities Zamansky introduces in each session can be used to train teams on how to create successful and thriving communities, analyze a current community, and strategize what is needed for the future.
Zamanskys inspiration to become a speaker on leadership originated from a team building ropes course he participated in as a college freshman. The community that was created from the team building activities we all went through in the fall was amazing, said Zamansky. Just seeing how much fun everyone was having and the change that could be made from a full day together made me realize that I wanted to be part of this kind of work professionally. Zamansky has had a powerful impact on countless communities over his more than 25 years as an expert in the field.

Zamansky is a Co-Lead for the international nonprofit LeaderShape, Inc., where he co-leads week-long leadership institutes for colleges and universities all over the country. As a speaker, he also trains resident assistants, orientation leaders, professional staffs, facilitates team building workshops for student organizations, orientations, professional departments, and leads multiple day leadership workshops.
