Mountain Springs Oil and Gas Limited (Mountain Springs) purchase price of their first oil and gas acquisition is $17.5 million dollars. Current annual positive cash flow from this project is estimated at $3,500,000. In addition Schlumbergers technology will also be utilized on this acquisition to increase the daily output of production. Mountain Springs is in the process of evaluating additional acquisitions
