Over North Wollongong beach you will soar with a skydiving instructor strapped safely to you as you freefall at around 120 mph after jumping from well over 4000 metres. If you can focus on the ocean below, you might just spot migrating whales or sleek dolphins dancing in the waves.

After all this excitement you could go back to your hotel and put your feet up or you could head out to one of Sydney’s most impressive restaurants. The 360 Bar and Dining is located at the top of Sydney Tower: a dizzying 88 stories above the city. This stylish eatery offers a delicious range of dishes rooted in Australian cuisine with a subtle French twist. Whilst sipping a cool glass of wine or an elegant cocktail, you can enjoy stunning views of the skyline at dusk.
