Improved coatings thanks to improved rinse water quality: H2O GmbH at parts2clean

That’s why over 700 surface engineering production departments rely on the tried-and-tested VACUDEST vacuum distillation system. This system treats used rinse water so effectively that it meets the highest environmental standards and is ideal for reuse in your parts cleaning process. It will be presented at the parts2clean trade fair in Hall 3, Stand E02. The leading international trade fair for industrial part and surface cleaning opens its doors from 23 to 25 October in Stuttgart.
Crystal-clear, oil-free distillate, ideal for reuse in cleaning processes: This is what H2O VACUDEST vacuum distillation systems can achieve thanks to their patented technology. The quality of the treated water sets benchmarks and meets even the highest environmental standards. Today 70 per cent of systems supplied by H2O are equipped with this tried-and-tested Clearcat condensation stage. The operating principle is based on physical and catalytic effects. Therefore, this technology requires neither energy nor auxiliary or operating materials. This considerably improves the treatment quality in a single process step and at no additional cost.
The subject of high cleaning quality through vacuum distillation will also be explained within the scope of the parts2clean specialist forum by H2O wastewater expert Ulrich Pflaumann. In his presentation “Energy-efficient treatment of industrial wastewater in parts cleaning” he will explain why the process saves energy and sets new benchmarks in terms of rinse water quality. The presentation will be on Tuesday 23 October at 14:00.
