Glenn A. Sunga joined Tristar Realty as a Real Estate Broker for the Company. He will arrange and negotiate the real estate contracts for Scott Allan. He will also hire agents for the company.

Sunga has joined the company in the position as Real Estate Broker for Tristar Realty, a wholly subsidiary of Tri-Star Management and a sister company to [All American Home Mortgage](https://www.zillow.com/lender-profile/Scott%20Karosa/). Mr. Sunga brings a lifetime of business excellence in the real estate community having been in real estate for more than two full decades. Glenn is also recognized by both his clients and his colleagues as genuine, professional, and extremely involved in every project that he takes on.
As a Real Estate Broker, Mr. Sunga's responsibilities and duties will include handling the personal real estate portfolio for Scott Allan and arranging and negotiating the real estate transactions. Mr. Sunga will be responsible for writing the contracts and overseeing each and every transaction for both the sale and purchase of land, commercial and residential properties. Since Broker's have a higher-level license than just an Agent, Mr. Sunga will also have the responsibility to both hire and fire real estate agents, and create a great team for Tristar that will be directly under his supervision.
