Washington doesnt clean any of the offices or houses herself anymore, because she has highly trained employees that handle all of these tasks keeping focus on quality control.

Most of my business is repeats and referrals, which is a bonus, Washington said. I get most of my business through referrals because our quality control is top focus. Weve had some of the same clients for 25 years. Were now doing some of our clients childrens homes. That kind of puts things in perspective a little bit.
We walk into a lot of odd situations, Washington said. You know the phrase What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas? Thats my mantra, as well. Whether its an object on a table or mail or magazines, its a very private, personal thing. Were walking into private spaces.
Lately, weve found a lot of people purging, Washington said. Children will go into their elderly parents homes, and well just work with them for a couple of days. While they purge, we clean. Theyre getting rid of 30 years of knick-knacks their children and grandchildren gave them.
