The event was at the Old Capitol Inn in Jackson, MS with awards presented in four major categoriesexcellence, achievement, innovation, and excellence in trade. Flathau's Fine Foods was awarded for significant achievement in export for the second time, previously winning the award in 2016. The award adds to the company's impressive list of accolades that include the 2017 Specialty Food Association's Sofi Award in the Silver category for All-Natural Shortbread Cookies.
