Dr. Walser Dental was nominated for the German Innovation Award 2019 with its Walser Matrix forceps by the German Design Council.

Acclaimed by the German Design Council - the German Competence Center for Product Innovation and Design - and judged by an independent jury of experts with representatives from industry, science and institutions, the German Innovation Award offers industry an innovative platform an exclusive stage regarding the innovative power. The award ceremony will take place in Berlin. Last year it achieved a gross media coverage of more than 110 million contacts.
Launched by the German Bundestag and donated by German industry: Since 1953, the German Design Council has been committed to the competitiveness of companies. His international competitions distinguish the best design, brand and innovation achievements.
The history of the German Design Council is closely linked to the history of German design culture and decisively influenced it. For decades it has been strengthening the international reputation of German design, reviving the design debate and advising well-known companies and brands. Today, as "Germany's design authority", it stands for a holistic concept of design that embraces both cultural and economic values.
