Winnweiler-Langmeil, August 24, 2011. MOBOTIX AG (ISIN DE0005218309),
system provider of high-resolution and network-based video security
systems, announces the Group's financial results (the IFRS financial
statements) for the fiscal year 2010/11 (July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011).
Sales growth as well as the EBIT-margin could be further considerably
increased in comparison to previous year. Total sales increased by 36 % to
EUR 73.2 million (previous year: EUR 53.8 million).
EBITDA of EUR 22.0 million translated into an EBITDA margin of almost 29 %.
EBIT increased by 58 % to EUR 19.2 million (previous year: EUR 12.1
million) and therefore the Group EBIT margin was 25 % in fiscal year
2010/2011. Net income after taxes climbed disproportionately by 58 % from
EUR 8.4 million to EUR 13.2 million. Accordingly, earnings per share
improved by approximately 59 % to EUR 3.00 (previous year: EUR 1.89).
The Management Board of MOBOTIX AG will present all results of the fiscal
year 2010/11 in a teleconference on August 24, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
