Vancouver, B.C. - Speakeasy Cannabis Club Ltd. (CSE: EASY) (Frankfurt: 39H) (the Company or SpeakEasy) is pleased to announce that it has been informed that the Company has successfully completed the Heath Canada committee review and would not be required to supply any further information or clarifications on its application to be granted a license to cultivate. The Companys facility and all information regarding its operation has been fully vetted and deemed ready to be licensed by Health Canada under the Cannabis Tracking and Licensing System (CTLS).

SpeakEasy eagerly awaits the completion of security background checks and the grant of its license to cultivate. Applicants required to have background checks were moved into high priority sequence by Health Canada in mid-2018, as such, successful completion is expected imminently and when received are expected to result in SpeakEasy receiving its license to cultivate.
