New - Traffic barrier LIMA(firmenpresse) - People, machines and facilities are the backbone of the economic future of each country. Hence, it becomes all the more important to protect them from impact damages. Flexible impact solutions made of resistant synthetic material are the perfect low-maintenance solution. The force of the impact is absorbed by the flexible barrier, which then returns to its original shape. Thus, the damage to the floor as well as to the crashing vehicle are reduced. Expensive repairs are a thing of the past. This leads to increased requirements regarding d-flexx solutions, which is why the developer and producer Dancop is now throwing five new developments on the market in the proven stable built. The posts are pressed onto galvanized footplates with steel reinforcement. Therefor they dispose of the stability of metal and the flexibility of synthetic material. Because of their resistance to corrosion, they are at the same time the perfect solution for permanent use – even outdoors. Dancop, as the producer, confirms this and issues a 5-year guaranty.
LIMA and KILO as the new heavyweights for the protection of man and machine
Lima is the new modular safety rail consisting of two especially strong and two smaller posts as well as beams. At a height of 1,20 m it is mainly used to guide men and machines in the industry. Kilo is a machine protection fence, which has a very strong base with steel reinforcement that scores with a protective grating up to a height of 1,20m.
JULIET swing door allows the passage up to 4 m
The swing door Juliet has been newly developed as an accessory to the safety rails DELTA and ECHO. It allows for a passage of 800 to 2000 mm, without endangering people and inventory. To ensure a smooth, long-term employment, Dancop uses hydraulic hinges, which can be perfectly adjusted.
Protection for supporting columns
In view of the danger of collapse of buildings, it is advised to protect load bearing columns to your best knowledge. A highly visible, flexible and at the same time stable possibility is the column protection from the d-flexx product series DELTA. It is available in three sizes at a height of 1,20 m and absorbs the force of impact of a 2.000 kg vehicle moving at 5,7 km/h. Tested and approved by the TÜV at an impact angle of 90°.
Protection up to a height of 1,60m
The sought after safety rail DELTA is available in two new versions: with 4 beams each in 1,20 m and 1,60 m. Simultaneously it is modular and thus available in every length.
