(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/24/11 -- CuOro Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CUA) ("CuOro" or the "Company") announces the granting of stock options to certain directors, officers and employees of the Company for the purchase of up to 765,000 shares, at a price of $2.00 per share, for a term of five years.
