(firmenpresse) - Hamburg/Steinen. Especially in the aerospace industry, there are particular requirements for surfaces. Consequently, there are exceptionally stringent specifications when it comes to quality and reliability. With VACUDEST vacuum distillation systems from H2O GmbH, the used rinse water from the aerospace industry is treated to a sufficiently high standard that it can then be reused in cleaning processes. H2O GmbH will be explaining how such high quality can be achieved in an economic manner at the international conference for surface engineering in the aerospace industry in Hamburg. The conference takes place on 14 and 15 May 2019 at the Privathotel Lindtner in Hamburg.
The treatment process can be applied, for example, to wastewater from component cleaning, rinse water from surface engineering processes or water from crack testing. The high quality of the treated processing water is ensured by one of H2O’s patented technologies: the Clearcat condensation system. This is integrated in the VACUDEST vacuum distillation system and produces a virtually oil-free, crystal-clear distillate. This is ideal for reuse as fresh rinse water and produces optimum results in surface engineering processes.
Thomas Dotterweich has 15 years of expertise in zero liquid discharge production at H2O and on 15 May at 11 am, he will be outlining the benefits offered by efficient wastewater treatment using vacuum distillation, giving examples of how the procurement of such systems has already paid off for numerous customers.
