Unterschleissheim near Munich, August, 25 2011 - In IC Immobilien Holding
AG's general meeting held on 08/23/2011, Dr Oscar Kienzle, formerly
chairman of the executive board of the company, was elected in the
supervisory board with 99.89 % of the present vote. Further members were
confirmed in their positions, Professor Dr Hans-Dieter Kalscheuer with
99.91 % and Dr Jan-Peter Heck with 99.95 % of the present vote.
In the followed supervisory board meeting, Dr Kienzle was elected as
chairman of the supervisory board.
The executive board of IC Immobilien Holding AG consists of Oliver
Priggemeyer, who is responsible for operations and Dr Hans Volkert Volckens
who is in authority for staff units and international clients.
