Takara Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/26/11 -- Takara Resources Inc. ("Takara" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TKK) announces that subject to regulatory approval, the Board of Directors has granted incentive stock options pursuant to Takara's stock option plan to an officer and employees to acquire an aggregate of 210,000 common shares of Takara ("Common Shares"). The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.16 per Common Share and will expire five years from the date of the grant.
