This is a huge milestone for the Oakland, San Francisco Bay Area-based Flyer & Poster Distribution Service business, which has provided this valuable and much needed Service to Performing arts theaters, Dance companies and Artists since 1998.Special Interest Marketing & Advertising Inc. got it's start in 1998 when founder Wayne Orrin Porter realized there was a need for a reliable flyer and poster distribution service to serve the artistic, non-profit and business community of the San Francisco Bay Area.One of the earliest challenges we faced was gaining the trust of the arts non-profits and business community.While every business of course faces challenges, some, like Special Interest Marketing & Advertising Inc. are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. One such victory came upon securing the contract of one of the oldest and largest performing arts theaters in the Bay Area.Wayne O Porter, our Founder and President was also quoted when discussing a few more of our many wins. "One of the high points of Special Interest Marketing & Advertising Inc.'s history so far was being featured in the online magazine Small Business Trendsetters on our 15th Anniversary." Another high point was, "Acquiring the contract with Theatre Bay Area in 1999.
