Rubino, as well as his passenger, received serious injuries from the accident and emergency personnel airlifted them to Morristown Medical Center.The accident directly caused leg injuries for Rubino. There, they found 18 more weapons, over 7 pounds of marijuana, a grenade launcher, 70 grams of likely methamphetamine, five pounds of hashish, and 200 cannabis vape cartridges along with an ounce of crystal methamphetamine. There were also numerous indications of Rubino’s white supremacist values. These discoveries led to a range of charges, with the most serious being the federal charge of drug trafficking, which could lead to life in prison.It remains to be seen whether the passenger and any other parties involved in the incident would have cause for a car accident lawsuit settlement NJ.
