InnoSenT: restructuring of business divisions
The radar experts reorganise the Automotive & Industrial division.

To mark the occasion of its twentieth anniversary, InnoSenT GmbH is breaking new ground. In the wake of the recently introduced ‘#wellenreiter’ corporate philosophy, the Automotive & Industrial division is being restructured. In doing so, Christian Bömmel and Wilhelm Wenzel are jointly taking on the managerial role since September 2019.
In line with their respective professional orientations and qualifications, Christian Bömmel is assuming the management of commercial activities and Wilhelm Wenzel that of the Development department.

This boasts advantages for both divisions, such as in terms of resource utilisation. Our teams benefit from two strong and trusted personalities that have already contributed to the company’s success for many years’, declared Robert Mock, CEO of InnoSenT, with regard to the restructuring.
As the head of the Industrial Sales and Marketing department, Christian Bömmel is responsible for the strategic orientation of the divisions. He is also responsible for InnoSenT’s commercial automotive sales strategy. In this role, he leads the various teams and bears the leadership responsibility. Christian Bömmel has been working for the radar technology company for 11 years.
Wilhelm Wenzel has been working at the company since 2009 and headed the Industrial Development department. The radar expert is now expanding his management role and will take on the management of the Automotive Development team. He is responsible for the development and technical implementation of new automotive and industrial radar products at InnoSenT.
The skills of both management personalities complement each other perfectly. Their collaborative work has been proven its merit at InnoSenT over a long time. Due to flat hierarchies and the collaboration so far between the Development, Sales, Project and Product Management staffs, the restructuring can be carried out by InnoSenT quickly. The improved networking through joint leadership strengthens the innovation prowess and ensures the long-term success of the company.
