Geodex Engages Venture North for Investor Relations
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/29/11 -- Geodex Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: GXM)(FRANKFURT: G2W), (the "Company" or "Geodex") is pleased to announce that it has engaged the services of Venture North Capital Inc. ("Venture North") to focus on strategic investor relations with a specific focus on financial institutions and funds.
Under the terms of the engagement, which is for an initial three month term, Venture North will be paid $5,000 per month. It will also be granted 300,000 options having an exercise price of $0.20, which vest over a year as to 75,000 per quarter in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The above contract is subject to regulatory approval.
